Terms
Short version: you pay to put your name and message in the top spot. It stays there until someone else pays more. That's it.
What you're buying
- Each payment buys the top spot on the site, showing your name and optional message, until the next person pays the higher price.
- There is no prize, reward, pot, draw or chance to win anything. You're paying for the display spot only.
- You choose how much to pay, as long as it's at least $1 more than the current holder paid. The next person must then pay at least $1 more than you.
- When you're replaced, your name and message move to the Hall of Fame.
Refunds
- Once you're crowned, the spot has been delivered and payments can't be refunded. You agree to this before paying.
- If someone else takes the spot while you're paying and your payment no longer beats theirs by at least $1, your payment is refunded in full automatically.
- If your content is removed for breaking the rules below, no refund is given.
Content rules
- No links, social handles, adverts, hate, harassment, sexual content, threats, or anything illegal.
- No personal information about other people.
- We can hide or remove any name or message at our discretion.
Age
You must be 18 or over, or have permission from the cardholder, to make a payment.
